The adapter is only compatible with 4 Pole TRRS microphones, not compatible with TS or TRS microphone.
Can only for Microphone input transmission, DO NOT Support Audio-output.
The TRS-TRRS adapter is only suitable for normal lav mic, mini smartphone condenser mics, not for dynamic microphones or microphones with phantom power and symmetrical transmission.
Please note that the TRS to TRRS microphone converter can only support the recording devices in CTIA standard, not in OMTP standard.
Recommended connection method: please plug the your mics into the 3.5mm female jack first, then connect the adapter to the 3.5mm port on your devices, which can reduce electronic noise to a certain extent.
The results might be not alike when with different microphones. It's not due to the adapters, but happens maybe due to the different level adjustments of the microphones.
